I’m happy to inform you that from November on, every first Sunday of the month, I will teach an extra Full Primary Led class at the Yoga Raum. The first class will take place the next Sunday, November 6th, starting at 9:30. After the class you can join me for a short talk and Q&A session. Check out the schedule for more details.

After many requests from students who aren’t early birds, I am happy to announce that from mid-September on I will teach also in the evening – starting with an evening Ashtanga Led class.

In India everything is possible! So even though there is not much time left after the classes and studying, the indian wi-fi is far from western standards and there are power cuts almost every day… after some long hours spent in front of the laptop and countless cups of indian chai the AYL website is finally here!

The detailed information about new classes, workshops and other events will be posted soon. The regular classes will restart from 5.09.2016 – can’t wait to see you again and share with you what I have learnt here in the teacher course at KPJAYI.
