Dear Yogis, I’m happy to see the quick progress of the beginners in the classes! In fact, all of you who used to come to the Ashtanga Beginner class on Thursday, shifted to more advanced classes and this one quickly became empty. Because there aren’t enough new students at the moment, I will have to cancel this class by the end of December and perhaps restart the beginner courses sometime in the Spring.
So if you were hesitating whether to start Ashtanga practice or not, now is the time! Join the last couple of Beginner classes on Thursday at 19:45 and the Introduction workshop this Saturday (02.12) – by the end of this year you will be fully ready to continue in other classes.
